5-8 ISRs (Exclusive Frontline Team on Distributor Payrolls)
Drive the KRPL agenda of distribution based secondary growth
Lead the KRPL exclusive ISR team of the distributors basis on the field coaching, daily sales review and tactical planning
Manage the super-distributor for efficient execution of all sales initiatives to meet the planned goals
Share needful market/competitor feedback and insights with ASM/RSM for optimal support planning
Ensure compliance of all KRPL field systems and processes with SDs and ISRs w.r.t Botree, DSR, Schemes, Claim settlements etc.
Numeric Distribution : No. of productive outlets in a given month
Secondary Volumes : Volume in MTs sold by the SDs to retail in a given month
OTIF (On Time In Full) execution of all field systems and process
2 to 5 years of experience as TSI/SO with any Tier-2 FMCG companies
