Identify, select and appoint segment wise channel partners in different locations, motivate them to achieve organizational goals.
Focus on channel sales growth
Build rapport with OEMs, Contractors, consultants and end user to increase sales.
Develop identified new accounts to demonstrate our product and support to customers
Position our products with value proposition to overcome price challenges
Understanding the customer's requirements / applications, select suitable Drives, Drives Packages to meet their requirements.
Co-ordinate with marketing team for brand promotion and market development
Participate in trade expo to generate leads
Support to enlist our products with customers
Focus on competitor activities and plan strategies to overcome completion.
Maintain Customer data base and constantly review the same.
Independently handle Channel Partners, customers as assigned from time to time and sales target.
B.E / B.Tech (EEE / ECE / Instrumentation with 7-12yrs
Working with B2B Channel partners in techno commercial sales
